I see these in cafes often (actually, I don’t go to cafes often, but in all the times in my life I’ve been to cafe’s, it seems to me that Spinach and Ricotta Fillo Pies are often on the menu… it’s not a scientific study or anything).
So I thought I’d figure out how to make them.
Turns out it’s not that hard! And if you’ve got frozen spinach you’re already halfway there.
