While I actually LOVE choosing presents for people, whether I make them or buy them… sometimes a Gift Card is still the right thing.
It might be easier to post, or for an experience that you just can’t wrap up… or you’ve just run out of time (I swear I “time-travel” to Christmas sometimes!).
Here at Shiny Happy Art I have Gift Cards for
- $45 (perfect for an Online Paint Along),
- $85 (perfect for a Studio Paint Along) and
- $170 (perfect for TWO people to come to a Studio Paint Along).
They can be spent as intended (ie. on a Paint Along) or on any other items in my online shop, including original paintings, calendars, paints, etc.
Unfortunately they don’t work on the ‘print on demand’ items in my Society6 shop, but I do buy samples of cushions and mugs from time to time and put them in the Shiny Happy Art shop, so the Gift Cards will work on that.
Anyhoo, when you buy one online you will receive an email with a code and expiry date. And that’s lovely, but I think it can be shinier and happier. So I made a very special Gift Card printable envelope!
The extra bonus to this printable is that yes, you can certainly use it for Shiny Happy Art Gift Cards (and I do encourage that 🙂 !!!), but you can also just print out and cut out Page 1 of the pdf file and write your own thing on the other side… like a love note or a promise, or something suitably Christmassy. It’s up to you!
I’ve printed mine out on 200gsm paper (it’s thin card that goes through my printer), which will give you better results than plain paper. Glossy photo paper would work too.
